[mapserver-users] RFC 43

RFC 43 is basically finished.  Please review the following materials
and give it a try:

I'm quite pleased with how easy it is to get Mapserver into GMaps and
VE now. I'd love to here from someone with Windows on how well it
works in 3D mode.
