[mapserver-users] International characters in text paramater

I think we need to refer to ANSI values, not ASCII.

This works for me on both MS4W and a Linux version of Mapserver:

        TEXT "Lowercase: æøå   Uppercase: ÆØÅ"

Which should give something like this:
