[mapserver-users] WMS don't load

Notice the "-o" option for output (and as Tom notes, the quotation marks).

But since you download cUrl, it really doesn't test the libcurl installation that comes with mapserver.  My thought was that it may be having trouble loading some dll it needed or something certificate-related...
