[mapserver-users] ArcSDE 9.2 support

My only comment is that the SDE plugins in MS4W are quite old
(~2007/09/17), but Howard would have to speak to whether that could be
an issue.  Liz, what happens when u try CONNECTIONTYPE PLUGIN (as 
instructed in the MS4W readme[1])?
