[mapserver-users] ImageMap and empty.html

I do not understand all your questions.

The empty.html is the defined by the map file.

I am using the headTemplate to define my javascript functions, forms
and the begin of the ImageMap, the bodyTemplate to generate the areas
and the footTemplate to close ImageMap, body and Html.
