[mapserver-users] cannot display my map..please help

Hi Melvin!

My advice es very very basic, but, maybe useful to you: make sure that
folder "/tmp/ms_tmp/" have write permissions to the user that run the
process. Also, make sure that you have enough free space (at least,
the same space that the background image).

Secondly, make sure that the same user have permissions to read all
files needed (shapes and raster).
