Hi all: One more website change announcement. Thanks to the generosity 
of the domain owner and a bit of persistence, the project has acquired the
mapserver.org domain. The good folks doing technical administration for 
MapServer and OSGeo got things in place over the weekend so the address:

   http://www.mapserver.org/ 

is alive and kicking and should be used for access moving forward. Thanks
to all involved!
