[mapserver-users] only background gets displayed not any maps

Hi everyone,
 I am a newbie using mapserver.I am using the tutorial
http://demo.mapserver.org/tutorial/section1.html
As I follow the tutorial i am not able to get the map displayed.only
background is displayed.I am using the same mapfile with changes in the
data.
Please suggest solution.
