[mapserver-users] Version 5.4 binaries

Hi,

Usually it goes well to install an older MS4W, and then FWTools that comes with newer Mapserver.  Then just replace the whole cgi-bin folder of MS4W with the one from FWTools and you'll have an updated Mapserver.
