You referring to your "web error object" question?  It was really vague, 
so probably nobody know's what your asking.  We'll need a bunch more 
details, like:

versions?
mapserv as cgi?
mapscript?
language?
templates?
what error object?

I've never heard of a "default web error object".  Perhaps you could 
describe your setup.
