Thanks Paul. Just wanted to acknowledge that I have your personal
response from a while back where you requested a self-contained test
case. So, I am aware, and grateful, that you (and perhaps others) are
aware of this issue. For now I am unable to make a test case because
of complexity of rest of the data, but soon as I can make a simple
one, I will do so and share it. Maybe I can work on it this weekend,
and get something out by next week.

In the meantime, I just want to emphasize that this is a problem, and
from  my completely non-scientific debugging, most likely with
MapServer (or the MapServer-Pg interface).
