The short answer is, "you can't do it". (That might be the long answer too.)
>From a technical standpoint MapServer can't consume tiles directly from Google and from a legal standpoint, when you accept Google's terms of service, you agree to not do something like this.
If you want to display your own personal data with Google's data, do it on the client side. Most people do it using OpenLayers.
