[mapserver-users] support of time and space tiling

I believe you can do this by using a tile layer with an explicit FILTER set for the temporal piece. So, If in your tile index you have a
time attribute (or whatever you can do this):

LAYER
   NAME 'tileindex'
   TYPE TILEINDEX
   ...
   FILTER 'limit tiles by attributes'
END

LAYER
  NAME 'tiles'
  TYPE RASTER
  ...
  TILEINDEX 'tileindex'
END

We use this mechanism in the WCS server code...
