[mapserver-users] PostGIS Layer : get only objects WITHIN view

Maybe something like this would work for you:

I did this a few years ago for a client but it was between Oracle 
developers and never got put in the trunk code. I don't work with an 
Oracle instance at the moment but there is a patch and you might be able 
to adapt it to your needs.
