[mapserver-users] Technology to combine with MapServer?

Have a look at GeoMOOSE (http://www.geomoose.org/).  It's a user-ready web 
application built on OpenLayers and can use Mapserver as a data source.  It has 
popups, and there's an enhancement available for hovering.
