Mukesh,

Reviewing maperror.c, it should issue SUPPORTS=FASTCGI if
-DUSE_FASTCGI was defined at compile time.  So I suppose you
either didn't do a clean build (and some stuff didn't get recompiled) or
you aren't running the executable you built.
