[mapserver-users] Constrain mapserver navigation to within the maps extents

I am using Mapserver 5.6 and php Mapscript to render maps for my web
application. Currently it is possible to use the navigation controls
to navigate beyond the extents of the map, into empty space. Is there
a way to configure mapserver to constrain navigation to within the
extents of the map?
