[mapserver-users] township/range/section to boundary polygon

Hi,

We need to develop an MapServer application requiring translating 
township/range/section into the boundary. Just wondering if any of you 
would like share how to use web service provided by NILS (National 
Integrated Land System, http://www.geocommunicator.gov)?
