Thanks for answering.

If i use only wms_proxy_host and wms_proxy_port parameter in the
Layer/Metadata i get a plain old 407 because of missing credentials.
But if wms_proxy_password comes into use the "CURLOPT_PROXYAUTH not
supported"-error shows up.
