[mapserver-users] populating EPSG file

Hi,
 
Found this from a new MS4W installation.
 
# HTRS96 / Croatia TM
<3765> +proj=tmerc +lat_0=0 +lon_0=16.5 +k=0.9999 +x_0=500000 +y_0=0 +ellps=GRS80 +towgs84=0,0,0,0,0,0,0 +units=m +no_defs  <>
 
I also had those #Unknows lines in the epsg file of some old MS4W installation.

I would like to add values for EPSG:3765 projection. Is there some tutorial
or web calculator to do this?

ps. I've only found this entry with comments regarding 3765
