Another Notepad++ trick is using the Alt+arrowKey (or mouse) to block
select. So to comment out a block move your cursor to the left column,
hold the Alt key, down arrow to the edn of the block, then type "#". I
prefer this over the macro becasue the macro toggles comments and if
you already have comment within the block you are commenting, then the
existing comments are un-commented.
