[mapserver-users] Dashed outline for polygon (migration to 6.0)

Stumbled over this thread by googling for the same problem one year later.
It seems, that a dashed outline only works, when there is no color in the
same style.
So a filled polygon with a dashed outline needs at least two styles like
this:
[SNIP]
STYLE #filled background
   COLOR 150 150 255
   OPACITY 10
END
STYLE #dashed outline
   OUTLINECOLOR 0 0 255
   WIDTH 6
   PATTERN 10 10 END
END
[/SNIP]
