Jeff,

Thank you for your work.  By chance do you know if the MapCache that is packaged with this beta will serve WMS to ArcMap?  If I recall the first MapCache 0.5 that was packaged with MS4W Archive v3.0.4-dev could serve WMS to any client except ArcMap.
