[mapserver-users] basemaps: country capitals

Hi mapserver basemappers,

what is currently the suggested or best way to display country capitals
using imposm/basemaps? I saw the display_capitals switch in the places
mapfile, but the imposm mapping doesn't include a capital type. I saw the
ticket from Thomas about capitals in the imposm issue tracker, but I'm not
sure about the follow-up of this: wontfix because there is a better
solution?

I'd be happy about your suggestions.
