Andy,

Sorry about the late reply.  I am not opposed to perl/php.  I just want something easy, and I would prefer not having to set up Mapserver and GeoServer.


Concerning the slow server:  The person running the site added more RAM, so the system is not agonizingly slow.  In addition it sounds like they are going to get a new machine next year.  They said that they are okay with the performance so I am going to let it go and just hope the new server will help.
