[mapserver-users] tips to draw a symbol

ANCHORPOINT was introduced in 6.2.
Mapserver does not care about the units of measure, so you
can use what is most convenient for you.
Instead of measuring manually, you could digitize with
your favourite digitizing software and extract the numbers
from the resulting digital representation.
