[mapserver-users] Can't get mapcache/mapserver to properly display a map.

I have tried following those directions but I get a map that won't load
(shows broken file icons) and my error log is spammed with:

failed to request url... SSL certificate Problem: unable to get local issuer
certificate, referer: http://localhost/mapcache/demo/wms
