Hi j5c077,

I'  hope you're still around this mailing list. I'm exactly in the same
issue.  Linux instaltion (in my case ubuntu) and can't connect mssqlserver
.... no with ogr connection, no with plugin mode (with this error as well).

Did you finally find a solution??..
