Steve: Did you ever track down what changed between versions? Was is just a default value or something more significant in the query processing. --Steve

Thanks! From my limited test cases, setting TOLERANCE 0 seems to give me
the old behavior. I updated #5129 to reflect this and this should save
me a bunch of time tweaking scripts and mapfiles.
