[mapserver-users] Is this a CGI problem?

Hello,

this is not really an error. Look into Headers tab for "Content-Type". 
Normally it should be "image/png" but I'm sure it isn't on your side. 
You mime type is wrong.

Look at: http://mapserver.org/de/mapfile/outputformat.html
