[mapserver-users] Using a SRS with inverted axes.

Hi Jukka,

I can show this two samples from an mapserver where I update just
yesterday the new proj 4.9.2 and so it support the latest epsg db:

1)
http://www502.regione.toscana.it/wmsraster/com.rt.wms.RTmap/wms?map=wmsambamm&SERVICE=WFS&VERSION=2.0.0&REQUEST=GetFeature&Typename=rt_ambamm.idcomuni.rt.poly&srsName=EPSG:6707&MAXFEATURES=100

The epsg:6707 is a epsg code with axes north, east as reported from
http://www.epsg-registry.org/

Instead the mapserver return 565347.495390 4910630.530024 (east , north)

2)
Using the same crequest I try instead the epsg:25832 that is an epsg
code with axes (east, north)

http://www502.regione.toscana.it/wmsraster/com.rt.wms.RTmap/wms?map=wmsambamm&SERVICE=WFS&VERSION=2.0.0&REQUEST=GetFeature&Typename=rt_ambamm.idcomuni.rt.poly&srsName=EPSG:25832&MAXFEATURES=100

it return still return the sames 565347.495390 4910630.530024 (east, north)


Please note both epsg:6707 and epsg:25832 are projected, instead
epsg:4326 is a geograhic system.
Perhaps mapserver invert only on geographics ?
