[mapserver-users] MAP_RESOLUTION parameter

Thank you Jukka.

I dont think it should be a vendor param as one can build a WMS URL with
the desired resolution.

Im even thinking displaying a combo box to the user choose from the
resolution predefined options.

This is great param :)
