[mapserver-users] mapcache, datasources examples

Hello, 
Ok, I was not able to successfully initialize mapcache with desired functionality, despite of considerable amount of efforts submitted. That's why I was forced to choose MapProxy -option according Travis Kirstine's suggestion in "[mapserver-users] mapcache question" on "Wednesday, August 24, 2016 1:14 PM". After couple of days in operation, MapProxy seems to work as expected, also with this kind of 'advanced' configuration. Additional benefit is, that there is quite a lot of examples to begin work with MapProxy.

ps. my pull request #156 concerning MapCache documentation is still open.

thanks, I did make a pull request #156 concerning discussed documentation. 
after adding the new source to mapcache.xml, httpd is starting ok, and mapcache is able to read the new gdal_wmts.xml file,  but the demo app is not responding anymore.
