[mapserver-users] group and subgroup

Something like this:
LAYER
  NAME "layer1"
  GROUP "mygroup"
  STATUS ON
  METADATA
    "
*wms_layer_group" "test/test2"*
  END
END

LAYER
  NAME "layer2"
  GROUP "mygroup"
  STATUS ON
  ...
  METADATA
    "
*wms_layer_group" "test/test2"*  END
END

LAYER
   NAME test2
END

Note that curently you should create a fake layer (test2) to call test2 to
"merge" layer1 and layer2. Thomas Bonfort created last week a PR in MS to
let the user to call test2 without the fake layer.
