Hi Andrea,
I confirm that I am able to load SVG symbols that are referenced in the
SYMBOLSET file, with MS4W 3.2.1 (MapServer 7.0.4) on Windows. I am
pointing to an SVG file relative to the symbsolset, such as:
SYMBOL
NAME "airport"
TYPE SVG
IMAGE "airport.svg"
END
