Hello,

Please be advised that you may need to use multiples 2 on your Mapcache grids when serving WMTS to ArcGIS.

Fails: <resolutions>1024 512 256 128 64 32 16 8 4 2.5 1.334 0.667 0.333</resolutions>
Works: <resolutions>1024 512 256 128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1 0.5 0.25</resolutions>

I do not know if this is a limitation of ArcGIS, Mapcache, or an expectation with any WMTS server.

Please feel free to fact check this.

Thank You!

Sincerely,
Mark Volz, GISP
Lyon County GIS Coordinator
