[mapserver-users] wfs_features_cache_count and GeoJSON output

I've tried the test case locally and I get the same error (for both WFS 1.0.0 and 2.0.0), so it looks like it could be a Windows issue. Default GML output is fine. I'll do some debugging and post any findings.
