[mapserver-users] defining fallback source in WMS client definition

Hi,

Wouldn't MapCache be a better tool for that task? I think of a 
configuration based on fallback caches: 
<https://mapserver.org/mapcache/caches.html?highlight=fallback#fallback-caches>.
