The entire 7.6.0 documentation is also available as a PDF (984 pages, 
wow!?) to download locally, with a nice clickable table of contents in 
left panel etc.   https://download.osgeo.org/mapserver/docs/MapServer.pdf

20 years, ~1000 pages.
