[mapserver-users] Asking about mapefile display

good evening, recently i created a mapefile to display points with wgs84
coordinates.  when I try to display the points in the browser, it gives me
a blank page but when I convert the coordinates of these points to UTM I
can see the points in the browser.  my question is why these dots are not
showing up with wgs84 system.  and how to display them with this system.
