[MapServer-users] asking help

Hello everybody.
I am writing this message to ask for your help regarding a problem I
encountered while trying to run the file named *install-demo-data.bat in
the folder \apps\tinyows\demo\  *but it shows me the following  error:

while i copied cgi-bin and bin path in windows environment variable
path following
