[MapServer-users] Cannot retrieve column list - what does that mean?

Hi,

that's the errorMsg which is thrown if 'select * from table_name' does 
not work. Looks like a wrong table name or bad connection-parameters.

Have you tried to connect the DB with sqldeveloper and with the same 
user-credentials you use in your your mapfile?
