This is listed in bugzilla bug 571 (<a
href="http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=571">http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=571</a>)
with a target release of 4.4, but the bug is still open. I am having
trouble using the http_proxy environment variable to do this, and was wondering
if the new build would solve my problem.</span></font></p>
