I am new to MapServer. What I am looking for is basic code to get a
map going within a browser.<br>
I have the win32 MapServer 4.6.1 version running. My web app will be
running .asp. Can <br>
MapServer work with this?<br>

I would like to know how to generate a map from .shp files and their
corresponding .dbf files.<br>
Is there not an interface to create the basic layout of maps for
MapServer?<br>
<br>
Can someone help me on this and post a simple map generation code
snippet for a .shp file?<br>
