Im not sure but I think this is a postgres permission issue or something along those line. <br>

Try providing the full path to the map file. Something like<br>

Otherwise it will only work if your world.map happens to be in the currently<br>
working directory of the mapserv process (I have no idea where that would<br>
normally be).<br>
