I have tried AutoCAD Map on two different machines. Windows 7, 64 bit Map<br>
2012 and 2014. Same results.<br>

The server is Windows 2008 R2, 64 bit running latest Mapserver from<br>
GISInternals on apache 2.4.7<br>
