[VisCom] Next meeting of visibility committee

Sorry guys, I am not going to make it, I am stuck in a train. Please go 
ahead and get going (I am not a very good chair, try to take place 
elsewhere for the moment. :-)

We have been busy adding stuff to the VisCom site Documents & files 
section, most of it obviously being in German lang. I will just continue 
to add stuff and every now and then there might also be some content in 
English language.

I am not exactly the design specialist and I do not use automated 
presentations well as I always drift off what it says there and start 
talking about what I think that the audience wants to hear right then.
