Shirts for OSGeo booth

Hi mpg,
we have some requests sizes for shirts now. We will need 4 small, 6 large,
2 extra large for the booth staff and I guess we will need more when
people catch on. How many do we want to sell there? People will want to
have one directly there. Maybe we can discuss this on IRC so we don't have
to block the meeting with such minors. I am not up to date how this worked
out in the end.
