[VisCom] The logos have arrived!

I think this is good - it will meet a lot of the demands people are  
having.
Could we supply some <iframe> or <img src="http://osgeo.org/logo/ 
OSGeo.png"> code snippit or something so people load logos direct  
from our site (obviously not appropriate for everything) - that way  
we can see who is linking to us.  Various sites do this (e.g. flickr,  
amazon) and I think it's an important tool to (try to) use whenever  
possible.

I'm thinking it would also be good to not distribute the zip file, so  
we can at least track individual logo image downloads to get a feel  
for usage.  Who should need more than one or two anyway?
