[VisCom] FOSS4G News Item...

[Tyler Mitchell]

I have sent it out already to more than a dozen news sources.  We can  
change it in the news item that will get posted to osgeo.org.   I  
haven't heard back from Jo or Frank regarding when the item will be  
posted - but I will forward this to them and see if they can  
incorporate.
